We went in to get my sons very first official haircut. He's almost 2, so it wasn't easy! Josh was amazing, understanding, and patient. Although my son didnt take his first haircut experience very well, Josh handled it very professionally and Im glad he was our barber. He suggested we come in a couple days later to do any touch-ups that needed to be done at no extra charge. When we went in later that week my son did a lot better. They offered him a toy and lollipop as well. Definitely recommend!

I highly value my time and reviews do not usually make the cut for a worthwhile investment. However, Ducky's is a very rare exception. I didn't realize how much I'd miss this place when I moved out of state, and the first thing I did when I touched back down in San Diego to visit was drive straight to this barbershop. The guys are awesome, the beer is cold, the conversation is always engaging, sports, good books and magazines to browse while waiting, and a damn fine straight razor shave and beard trim. Can't wait for my next SD visit to swing back in.
